Goals and Objectives

Use adaptive and alternative forms of authentication seamlessly by only triggering when guests or activity is deemed risky and include advanced technologies such as video know-your-customer (KYC), biometrics, and voice, with non-biometric authentication to bolster security but not contribute friction to a guest journey.
