Library facilities are designed primarily for the storage of books. Work spaces for students are designed to facilitate access to and use of printed matter. More libraries are becoming hubs to access a variety of online data and digital content.

Modernize libraries to facilitate finding materials ,both printed and digital, from a variety of digital sources and mediums, and enable access to technologies for students as needed. Support collaboration among students.
