Goals and Objectives
Create a cloud-based development and testing environment that enables a centralized innovation platform. Implement specific KPIs to measure the return ecosystem participants generate out of this shared innovation practice such as the amount of R&D shared investment flows, revenue share of innovation out of the total turnover, innovation rate as the number of innovative products out of the total portfolio, and the time to customer demand.
