Virtual experiences in hospitality, travel, and dining have been limited to some VR and AR engagement efforts. Metaverse adoption and strategies open new opportunities for these segments to attract and find new customer segments.

Goals and Objectives

Immersive services and strategies for hospitality and travel will include both experiential and operational benefits, from enabling guests to preview hotel spaces/venues, feel engaged in a game, or concert at an arena to enabling property workers to view digital twins of spaces for maintenance or planning. The virtual guest profile should be merged with existing guest data to develop a complete picture of the personas and how and where they prefer to engage with a brand and understand buying power and preferences in each.
