Digital bill payment is available online, but mainly through desktop log-in. Mobile devices can access the service, but usually only after an online account has been created via desktop or laptop.

Provide retail bank customers with the ability to track and pay bills directly from any device. As open banking allows for connection directly to accounts via APIs, omnichannel bill payment tools will make bill payment through an ecosystem of third parties convenient, seamless and secure.

Use Case Summary
Omnichannel bill pay enables a customer to receive notifications of outstanding payments due with the ability to pay through a mobile bank app using biometrics, automatically via personal financial management tools or through an ecosystem of third party payment providers linking directly to an account.
