Current Situation

Organizations that had limited remote workers had to transition to a work-from-anywhere mentality. In addition, event sales staff need to be able to “show” a venue without a property tour. Training and sales practices are largely paper-based or digitally enabled on premises, tethering employees to a specific location and limiting the ability to showcase a property or capabilities to clients.

Goals and Objectives

Leverage the best of advanced technologies to increase worker productivity and success of catering and event sales staff from any location. Equip sales associates with mobile clienteling and point-of-sale (POS) apps that are immersive and engage customers about needs and wants, increasing sales and repeating visits.

Use Case Summary

Increase productivity of the workforce by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness by which workers can be onboarded faster and increase sales for hotel staff. Use the mobile-first approach to customer engagement, providing multiple mobile touch points for customers and equipping the sales associate with clienteling and 3D visualization tools to engage customers.
